To make registering as equitable as possible, Camp du Nord uses a lottery system. Everyone interested in attending YMCA Camp du Nord during the summer months are asked to submit a Lottery Registration Form.
LOTTERY REGISTRATION
If you are interested in being part of the Summer 2012 Lottery please submit your registration form and $150 deposit by Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 4pm. Summer 2012 Lottery Day is December 17, 2011. Phone calls will start at 8am and take place until all families who have submitted a registration form are contacted.
- The $150 deposit per site or cabin and must be paid via credit or debit card.
- NO CHECKS are accepted during the Lottery.
- Deposits will not be processed until a reservation has been made on Lottery Day.
- Once a reservation has been made, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Half of the remaining balance for your reservation is due by February 15, 2012. If you have indicated on your registration form to charge your credit/debit card, it will be charged on this date.
If you are new to the Lottery process, please indicate this on the Lottery Registration. A staff member or volunteer will contact you prior to the Lottery to assist you and answer any questions.
