The summer program is open for enrollment on a first-come, first-served basis. During open enrollment, reservations can be made by mail or fax. 

A 50% deposit must accompany your reservation. Reservations will not be made without a deposit. The remaining balance is due one month before your visit to camp. If you have indicated on your registration form to charge your credit or debit card, it will be charged on this date.

Procedures for Multiple Families Sharing One Cabin or Site

Families wanting to share a cabin or site, please designate one family as the party responsible for all payments. The other families sharing should in turn, make their payments to the designated family. If no family is designated to handle the payments, the payment responsibility will default to the family name under which the reservation was made.

Procedure for Multiple Families Wanting Multiple Cabins or Sites

During the Lottery process, up to three families may be linked together by writing each other's family name on the bottom of the registration form.  Families must attend the same week and all family names must match.  When a registration form is pulled on Lottery Day, that family may reserve up to three cabins/sites and the remaining families will not be called.  You may put the same phone number that is to be called on all forms so only one person will be called.  Camp du Nord will bill one cabin/site to each family unless otherwise noted.

Confirmation and Billing

Once your reservation has been made and deposit posted to your account, a confirmation and bill for 50% of the balance will be sent in January. A Family Camp Handbook and an invoice for the remaining amount due on your reservation will be sent approximately 4 to 5 weeks before you attend camp.  The invoice will include the balance for the reservation, meal service fees, and any other additional fees incurred. This final payment is due one month prior to your visit to camp.

Meal Service

A separate meal service form will be sent to all registered campers in March. All participants must have their forms in by June 1, 2012 in order for us to have accurate meal counts.  Payment for meal service plans is due before your visit to camp. There are no refunds on paid food service fees within one month of your visit to camp.
