Leadership Development Program | Junior Leaders
2 Weeks, Ages 13 & 14
The Junior Leaders program is for campers who want to learn and expand their leadership skills. The program focuses on individual leadership style investigation, identification and implementation. In addition to your fun activities at camp, your group will spend 4 days on a canoe or backpacking trip. All JL programs are single-gender and are led by experienced Icaghowan staff.

Work Leadership Camp | Counselor in Training
3 weeks, Ages 15 & 16
The Work Leadership Camp program is designed for campers to develop and practice leadership skills in a residential camp setting. The first part of the session will focus on leadership, service-learning, and team building. The next phase will be spent on a 6 or 7 day river canoe and camping trip developing trail and group leadership skills. The final phase is spent applying their new skills as a Counselor-in-Training (CIT) at Camp Icaghowan. CITs will be assigned to a senior staff member who will mentor them during this session. This program is now open to 16 year olds. Space is limited to 12 campers per session, which fill fast.
