Seasonal Team Building/ Ropes Course Instructors
YMCA Camp Ihduhapi has one of the largest high ropes course and team building programs in the region. We are currently hiring for seasonal part time Team Building/ Ropes Course Instructors.
- We are looking for staff age 18+ that are capable of thriving in an active and outdoor environment.
- Though most of the job is done on the ground, course climbing is necessary in further development.
- The position offers an excellent opportunity to lead groups of various ages and backgrounds in a day of team building and climbing activities.
- Minneapolis YMCA team building is a seasonal program that has its busy seasons in the spring and fall, but we do have groups year round.
- The busy seasons offers an opportunity to work 40 hours a week.
- We train all staff in house with a paid apprentice program.
- This position also provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills while enjoying the unique environment of a ropes course.
- We are looking for confident individuals who have a interest in building others in an outdoor environment.
