New in 2012, Menogyn will begin offering wilderness adventures for adults. These trips are designed for those 18 years and older who want to experience a wilderness adventure throughout the world with the feel of a Menogyn trip.
Far North Canoe Trip: Noatak River, Alaska
Dates: August 10-26, 2012
Cost: $4700 (includes all transportation, lodging, food, and accomodations)
Have you always wanted to paddle the historic and exciting rivers of the Far North? This trip will offer adults the paddling adventure of a lifetime within a two week time frame:
- The trip will be led by two recent Menogyn long trip guides
- The Noatak River is known for its great wildlife sightings, exceptional fishing, and fun class I and II whitewater
- Join others who share your love of adventure and the outdoors for this paddling trip of a lifetime!

New Zealand Safari 2012
Now is your chance to explore New Zealand’s majestic southern island with YMCA Camp Menogyn. Join us and be inspired by New Zealand’s mountains, fiords, beaches and wildlife!
Highlights of the trip include:
- Fiordland National Park, the Catlins, and Mount Cook
- Balance of iconic New Zealand landmarks and amazing but lesser known locations
- Overnight backpacking (sleeping in huts and tents), day hiking, kayaking and visits to local towns
- The trip will be co-led by a Menogyn staff and an expert local guide
