Y Personal Pricing Plans are need-based scholarships made available through Y Partners:  individual and business contributions to our communities.  We take several factors into account - annual income, the number of adults in your home, and the number of dependents - and use them to determine your fee.

The application process is easy and confidential.

1. Download and complete the Program Personal Pricing Plan Application
2. Gather the required documentation listed below
3. Bring the documentation to Member Services at the YMCA Location nearest you.

Required Documentation:

• Program Personal Pricing Plan Application
• Current state-issued photo ID with home zip code
• Most recent Federal Tax Return or a Statement of Government Benefit Payments
