3-session Minimum

Session equals one morning or afternoon time period.

You must register your child for at least 3 sessions per week. You may combine Before and After Care sessions to meet the minimum. Parents can manage their days of use up to Monday one week prior to the week of service through online access.

Add Sessions

Parents may add sessions online for an additional $1 per session up to Monday one week prior to the week of service. After that time, the fee for adding sessions is $2 per session and must be registered through our Customer Service Center.

Child Care Assistance Programs

For those families receiving assistance through the county or other agency, a current Authorization of Service must be on file with our Customer Service Center before your child can begin Before and After Care. You must also provide the Y with the name and phone number of your caseworker before we can accept your child’s enrollment. Include this information on your registration form.

  • Registration/Payment Information
  • A non-refundable fee of $50 per child must accompany each registration (unless you register within the promotional savings period) and is also required with registration through the Personal Pricing Plan.
  • You must register each child for a minimum of three sessions per week.
  • Session Fees are due one week prior to the start of the session.
