Elk River YMCA
The Elk River YMCA provides Before and After Care for public and private schools in the surrounding area – please call 763-230-2819 to see if bus transportation is provided from the YMCA to your child’s school. School bus transportation arrangements must be made with Vision Transportation. Safety is our top priority and your child will be assisted on and off the bus by a designated Y staff person.

School Release Days are paid in full at time of registration online.
Program Hours:
Monday – Friday
Before School Care: 6:00 a.m. – bus pick-up
After School Care: bus drop-off (approximately 3:00 p.m.) – 6:00 p.m.
School Release Days & Holiday Care: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Y School Age Care will be closed on the following days: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day following, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Memorial Day.
Program Costs:
A “session” is defined as either before school or after school. The 3-session minimum can be reached by combining a.m. and/or p.m. sessions.
3 sessions: $28.50
4 sessions: $38.00
5 sessions: $47.50
6 sessions: $57.00
7 sessions: $66.50
8 sessions: $76.00
9 sessions: $85.50
10 sessions: $95.00
Transportation:
Parents and/or guardians must arrange transportation to or from the Elk River YMCA by filling out the School Transportation Information Form from Vision Transportation. Find this form at www.visionofelkriver.com under Contact Us.
Deadline form MUST be received at Vision Transportation by August 31st.
Information forms received after deadline will be reviewed on a rotating basis by Vision Transportation and the request must be approved for a YMCA bus stop before your child may board the bus at the Elk River YMCA.
Bus transportation is provided to/from Parker, Lincoln and all Elk River area private and charter schools. Please call Erika Kelly at 763-230-2819 if you are in the Meadowvale or Twin Lakes school boundaries.
