With so many demands on today’s families, parents need all the support they can get. That’s why child care at the Y is about more than looking after kids. It’s about nurturing their development by providing a safe place to learn foundational skills, develop healthy, trusting relationships and build self-reliance through the Y values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.

School Release Days are paid in full at time of registration online.
Program Hours:
Monday - Friday
Before School Care: 6:30 a.m. – Bus Pick-up
After School Care: Bus Drop-off – 6:00 p.m.
School Release Days and Holiday Care: 6:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Y School Age Care will be closed on the following days: Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day following, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Memorial Day.
Program Costs:
A “session” is defined as either before school or after school. The 3-session minimum can be reached by combining a.m. and/or p.m. sessions.
3 sessions: $29.25
4 sessions: $39.00
5 sessions: $48.75
6 sessions: $58.50
7 sessions: $68.25
8 sessions: $78.00
9 sessions: $87.75
10 sessions: $97.50
Transportation:
Parents and guardians must arrange transportation to or from the Northwest YMCA School Age Care Program by calling the school transportation coordinator. Many schools have established bus stops at the Northwest YMCA. Inform the transportation coordinator that your child(ren) will be dropped off or picked up at the south entrance of the Northwest YMCA location. When arranging transportation, gather the following information:
- Bus number or letter
- Pick-up and Drop-off times
- School phone number
