Whether your child is finishing Kindergarten or starting in the fall, new friends will be made in a safe and fun-filled environment at Y Summer Power Kindergarten.

Weekly field trips bring new adventures as zoos, museums, and parks become your child’s classroom. Children explore their world through activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, science, nature, and group games geared to their age and development level.

  • Trained YMCA staff provides responsible and secure supervision at all times.
  • Choose from 3-, 4- or 5-day options.

Program Fees

One-time, non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child. This registration fee reserves your child’s spot throughout the summer. Weekly fee includes all field trip admissions, program t-shirt, open swimming and program supplies. All fees are per child per week of attendance.

3 days per week - $123

Girls smiling
Our children look forward to the Y summer program every week.  They meet new friends, go on fantastic field trips, and participate in group activities where they are learning, even when they don't know it.  The best part is, I don't have to worry about my kids while I'm at work -  I know my kids are safe having positive interactions with peers, and not at home watching television.
