Healthy living through improving your community’s health and well being is more important than ever. We promote and provide access to healthy lifestyles for adults and families. The Y provides resources and guidance for maintaining or improving physical activity, health and wellness while promoting social networks and activities that bring people together.

Adaptive Sports—Active, fun play opportunities for youth and adults with special needs.

YAP—The Young Athletes Program (YAP) is a partnership with Special Olympics of Minnesota.

Blazing Stars Special Olympics Team—This Special Olympics team is hosted by the Southeast Y (Woodbury).

Teen Scene—A summer camp opportunity for young adults.

Flu Shots—Protect yourself and your community from the flu.

Health Fairs—The Y provides Health Fairs on site at organizations and businesses.

Healthy Kids Day—Thousands of kids and families celebrate this event every April.

Healthy Family Home—A free resource to help families assess and modify home behaviors and environments to support health and well-being.
