CPR/First Aid—Lay responders gain the knowledge and skills to provide care for adults, children and infants in breathing emergencies and until medical assistance arrives. Ages 18+
Lifeguard Training—Participants learn the skills and acquire the knowledge required to become a lifeguard. Ages 15+
American Red Cross Certifications—A variety of American Red Cross safety and certification training courses designed to give participants the skills and knowledge they need to provide care and act in an emergency. Age requirements vary by program.
