Applying for a YMCA Personal Pricing Plan

We look forward to having you with us!  The Personal Pricing Plan is a needs-based scholarship fund made available through Y Partners - individual and business contributions to our communities.  We are the Y, you are the how.

Membership Personal Pricing Plan

Personal Pricing Plans provide a membership you can afford, whether you're a single adult or a bustling family of seven. 
 
We take several factors - annual income, the number of adults in your home, and the number of dependents - and use them to determine your YMCA Membership fee. 
 
The application process is easy and confidential. 
1. Download and complete the Membership Personal Pricing Plan Application  
2. Gather the required documentation listed below
3. Bring the documentation to Member Services at the YMCA Location nearest you. 
 
Required Documentation:
- Membership Personal Pricing Plan Application  
- Current state-issued photo ID with home zip code
- Most recent Federal Tax Return or a Statement of Government Benefit Payments
 

Program Personal Pricing Plan

The YMCA also offers Personal Pricing Plans for child care, before and after school care, day camp, overnight camp, etc.
 
The application process is easy and confidential. 
1. Download and complete the Program Personal Pricing Plan Application 
2. Gather the required documentation listed below
3. Bring the documentation to Member Services at the YMCA Location nearest you.

- Program Personal Pricing Plan Application
- Current state-issued photo ID with home zip code
- Most recent Federal Tax Return or a Statement of Government Benefit Payments
 
You are welcome to apply for both MEMBERSHIP and PROGRAM assistance. Please note the separate applications.
