Aerobics — A low-impact aerobic class to improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and increase range of motion.

Building Better Balance — A safe exercise format designed to improve balance skills, increase muscular strength, improve posture, mobility and range of motion.

SilverSneakers® Cardio Circuit — Fun and fitness combine in this standing circuit workout.

SilverSneakers® Cardio Fit — A low-impact cardio workout combined with strength and stretching. Perfect for fit and active members.

Drums Alive™ Golden Beats — Have fun while dancing and moving to the rhythms and percussions that drive dynamic movements.

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength, Range of Motion — Increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity as you have fun and move to the music.

SilverSneakers®, SilverSplash — The physical properties of water are used to enhance agility, range of motion, and cardiovascular conditioning. No swimming ability is required.

Strength — Increase your metabolism, improve bond density, and strengthen your muscles. Uses strength resistance equipment.

Strength Training — Improve daily living skills through better balance, strength, flexibility and agility.

Stretch — Increase your range of motion and flexibility by learning to stretch your muscles gently and gradually.

Yoga — Build strength and flexibility, reduce stress and tension and increase your overall health.

SilverSneakers® Yoga Stretch — Increase flexibility, balance and range of movement through seated and standing yoga poses.

Water X — Keep in shape with this low-impact workout that uses water to eliminate much of the joint and muscle pain that make exercising difficult. Swimming skills are not required.
