  • Kids ages 10 – 14 may attend with a parent or guardian
  • Teens age 15+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult
  • See your doctor first and get clearance for cardio exercise

BodyStep™ -Workout uses a height-adjustable step platform and uses 12 music tracks to give you a full body workout. All fitness levels. 1-hour class.

BodyStep™ Express—An abbreviated version of BodyStep™. 45-minute class.

Cardio—A challenging workout, low-to mid-impact movements. Beginning/Intermediate level.

Cardio Dance—High-energy music drives medium- and low-impact dance moves. All fitness levels. 1-hour class.

Cardio Kick—Martial arts and boxing combine with powerful music in an energizing class. This is a no-contact class. All fitness levels.

Drums Alive™—Pulsating rhythms and powerful percussions drive this aerobic workout. All fitness levels.

Group Cycle—A multi-level workout with intense intervals burns calories like crazy. All fitness levels.

Kick-Box-Do—Work with a partner in this workout for core strength and balance. All fitness levels.

Kickboxing—Boxing combines with martial arts for this high-intensity program. All fitness levels.

Krank FusionA blend of group cycle and Kranking. Full-body cardiovascular and muscular conditioning, core strengthening and full-body integration.  All fitness levels.

Spinning—A heart rate-based indoor cycling class that gives you a wide range of fitness benefits. All fitness levels.

Step—Learn the basics of step aerobics. Beginning/Intermediate level.

Tabata—High intensity interval training. Intermediate/Advanced level.

TurboKick®—Aerobics meets martial arts in this full-body combo class. All fitness levels.
