  • Drop-in Classes
  • No registration required
  • Kids ages 10 – 14 may attend with a parent or guardian
  • Teens age 15+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult
  • See your doctor first and get clearance for cardio exercise

Boot Camp – Improve your strength and stamina through this rugged workout.

BOSU® – Develop functional core strength, flexibility, balance, cardio endurance, agility

BOSU® Boot Camp – Rugged workout of sports drills to improve your stamina

Cycle Yoga – Improve cardiovascular endurance and build strength using specialized stationery bike to perform Yoga poses.

Resist-A-Ball Conditioning – Develop your core by incorporating a giant exercise ball into your workout
