BOSU stands for “Both Sides Up.” The semi-spherical BOSU trainer is an inflated bubble on one side and a hard, plastic surface on the other and is used in this class on both sides. Through dynamic, choreographed exercises and drills using the BOSU half ball platform, you’ll develop functional core strength, flexibility and balance, cardio endurance, and agility.

A Typical Class

Class begins with warm-up exercises. The BOSU workout follows, using the ball side for stepping, jumping, squatting and lunging. We use the flat side of the ball for balancing and pushups. Class ends with cool down exercises and stretching.
