A Typical Class

JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is an interval based, full-body workout designed for maximum calorie burn and big results. After a dynamic warm-up, intervals consist of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs. Moves are simple but challenging, with little to no rest between intervals. Class ends with cool down and stretching.
