Family Yoga

FREE for Members

  • Level: All
  • Drop-in Class
  • No registration required
  • Kids ages 10 – 14 may attend with a parent or guardian
  • Teens age 15+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult

A great introduction to fitness yoga and its many benefits. Children learn quickly through games and activities in a safe, enjoyable, inclusive environment.

A Typical Class

Each instructor creates the rhythm for their class which includes standing poses, twists, core work, balancing poses, forward bends, backbends, inversions and restorative poses. All postures combine flexibility, strength, and balance for a whole-body workout.

New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers

Equipment Needed

  • Yoga mat – bring your own or rent one from Member Services

Attire and What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability
  • Water, towel
