Kids Latin Hip Hop

  • Ages: 3–10

It’s a new way to get exercise and dance off any extra weight. This class will teach all levels both Hip-Hop and Latin dance moves. Kids get a fun workout while learning new steps and fun routines. This is a high-energy class that all kids enjoy.

A Typical Class

Class begins with warm-up and stretching exercises. Dance styles mix routines of cardio and strength. Class ends with cool down techniques.

No equipment necessary.

Attire and What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability
  • Water, towel
