Pilates and Yoga

Pilates and Yoga are different and yet have much in common with high levels of body/mind/spirit fitness benefits.

  • Ages 10-14 may attend with parent/guardian
  • Ages 15+ may attend unaccompanied

BodyFlow™ & BodyFlow™ Express—Tai Chiu, Pilates and Yoga together in a challenging workout. 1-hour or 45-minute classes available.

Fitness Yoga—High-energy, athletic practice. Your body is your guide.

Mat Pilates—Perfect for Yoga lovers. A conditioning fitness class.

PiYo™—Pilates, yoga, strength training and sports stretch in one class.

Tai Chi Chih - Instruction & Practice—A serene, gentle, non-impact activity like moving meditation. Instruction class is prerequisite for Practice class.

Tai Chi Chuan - Instruction & Practice—Slow, relaxed movements that develop a mind/body balance. Instruction class is prerequisite for Practice class.

Tai Chi - Instruction & Practice—Exercise for the body and a study in concentration for the mind. Instruction class is prerequisite for Practice class.

Yoga—Using traditional Yoga poses, this class lets your body be your guide.
