Getting fit at a more personal level. Small class sizes (limit 8 participants) ensure more individualized instruction and coaching along with the benefits of group energy.

Fitness Swimming — Refine and improve your breaststroke, sidestroke, and elementary backstroke. Ages 18+

Get Fit Boot Camp — Encouragement, motivation, personal coaching and training take your fitness routine to a new level. Ages 18+

Get Fit Club: 10 Pounds/10 Weeks — Weight loss through education, counseling and support in a small-group atmosphere. Ages 15+

Karate — Martial arts discipline based on Okinawan techniques increases your overall physical condition. Ages 7-17

Kettlebell/TRX Fusion — The best of both, this is the ultimate class. Ages 15+

Kettlebells: Level 1 (Beginner) — Learn how you can reap the many benefits of this popular fitness method. Ages 15+

Kettlebells: Level 2 (Intermediate) — Step up the pace and perform more advanced moves. Ages 15+

Kettlebells: Level 3 (Advanced) — Really crank it up and add even more powerful movements to your routine. Ages 18+

Line Dancing Lessons — Learn to dance the western way. No partner needed. Ages 18+

Nordic Walking Club — A great cardio workout while walking various routes the Nordic way. Ages 15+

Pilates Reformer — Pilates is a specialized form of exercise that has been around since the 1920's. Old or new, the good that Pilates does for your body is timeless.

Swing Dancing Lessons — Learn to dance the Lindy and join other big-band swingsters. Ages 18+

Triathlon Training — Workouts to increase your stamina for a sprint-distance triathlon. Intermediate level. Ages 18+

TRX Suspension Training — A workout where every movement is powered by the torso, building core strength. Ages 18+

Water Kettlebells — Use kettlebell weights in the pool.  Ages 15+ 

Water Triathlon Training — Train for the water leg of a triathlon. 3 workouts per week. Must swim minimum 200 consecutive yards; basic knowledge of front crawl. Ages 18+
