Chart your course to realistic, long-term lifestyle changes. This class assists with weight loss, provides you with education, counseling and support. You become part of a team that encourages commitment to weight loss and motivation for success. The small group atmosphere is friendly, fosters accountability, and helps with goal setting. Daily diet and workout logs monitor your efforts.

A Typical Class

Your instructor will help you learn:

  • Why diets don’t work and can actually make you fatter.
  • How to avoid plateaus
  • How to understand nutrition labels
  • How muscle mass effects the metabolism in the aging process
  • How to design results driven fitness routine and nutrition plan.
  • How to cultivate strategies to combat stress and anxiety
  • How to effectively use goal-setting strategies for weight loss and lifestyle

And the class celebrates accomplishments, shares struggles and discusses workout agendas.
