  • Limit 8 participants per class

Based on Okinawan techniques, you’ll learn kicks, punches and blocking while increasing physical conditioning, strength, and flexibility. Develop mental focus and build confidence as you work out through this martial arts mind/body discipline.

Class is taught by a professional martial artists and experienced instructors who guide students through each level.

  • Loose-fitting, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes, comfortable fit, good stability

I've wanted to take karate for years. I walked passed the class on my way to run on the elliptical at the Y. Wow! I signed up for the next session immediately. It's a dream come true - the instructors are great and it's not another item on the calendar. My kids go to kids stuff, my wife goes to Turbo Kick, and I get to do Karate!
