Tri-Training is designed for the intermediate level amateur triathlete who has experience swimming, biking and running. Workouts are geared to help triathletes finish a sprint-distance triathlon.
Your trainer will assess your level of fitness for a triathlon and conduct your sessions to increase your stamina.
