Group or One-to-One training in the water. Water personal training provides the same benefits as land-based sessions, but water adds resistance to tone and strengthen muscles as it gives buoyancy to reduce impact on joints.

It’s great for people with arthritis, joint issues, those recovering from injuries and people who require low-impact rehabilitation. Athletes also can benefit from cross-training in the water.
