01198 Tai Chi Chih Instruction
Increase your concentration and your sense of balance with the soft, flowing movements of Tai Chi Chih. This is a serene and gentle non-impact activity that releases stress, promotes your sense of well being and improves your general health. It’s wonderful for all fitness levels! Tai Chi Chih Instruction is required before attending the “Practice” classes. In this class you will learn the “how’ and “why” behind each of the movements.
Registration is required. Free for Members.
