01199 Tai Chi Chih Practice
 
Increase your concentration and your sense of balance with the soft, flowing movements of TAI CHI CHIH. This is a serene and gentle non-impact activity that releases stress, promotes your sense of well being and improves your general health. It’s wonderful for all fitness levels! Tai Chi Chih practice will give you the opportunity to use all the information and movements learned in the Instruction class in a moving meditation.

Registration is required. Free for Members.
