02108 Water X Power
This high-intensity workout includes a combination of shallow and deep water exercises to increase strength and endurance for the upper and lower body and core. A variety of equipment is used.

--Drop-in class. No registration necessary.
--Kids ages 10 - 14 may attend with a parent or guardian
--Teens age 15+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult
