Summer Power Kindergarten #

Entering or just completed grade K in the fall.

One-time, non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child includes field trip T-shirt. Weekly fee includes all field trip admissions, milk at lunch (optional), and program supplies.

Program Hours: 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

New friends will be made in a safe and fun-filled environment at Y Summer Power Kindergarten. Weekly themes and field trips bring new adventures as zoos, museums, and parks become your child's classroom. Children explore their world through activities geared to their age and development level. We provide responsible and secure supervision at all times. See the growth in your child in one short summer!

Summer Power #

For youth entering grades K - 5 in the fall.

Weekly fee includes all field trip admissions, milk at lunch (optional), open swimming, and program supplies. A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child is required at the time of registration. You may register for as many weeks as needed.

Program Hours: 6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Participants must be at the YMCA between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Summer Power is your answer to quality care and exciting adventures for your child this summer. We offer a full day enrichment program with flexible three-, four-, and five-day options. Kids enjoy their day in small, age-appropriate groups and participate in activities such as arts and crafts, group games, sports, and weekly field trips, under the guidance of our trained Y staff. Each week features a different theme as they explore nature, science, sports, technology, and more. Water parks, zoos, museums, major sporting events, and regional and local parks are just a few of the field trip adventures! Register for one week or the whole summer!

Weekly fee includes all field trip admissions, milk at lunch (optional), open swimming, and program supplies. A one-time non-refundable registration deposit of $50 per child is required at the time of registration. The deposit is applied to the session fee.

Splash

For youth entering grades 2 - 5 in the fall.

If you love water, and lots of it, Splash is the program for you! Each day features a new adventure in water fun, including indoor and outdoor water games, water relays, and activities. Visit local water park attractions - perfect for cooling off during warm summer days.

Fur-Fangs-Feathers

For campers entering grades 2 - 5 in the fall.

Love animals of all kinds? You will love this hands-on animal exploration program! Compare and contrast the characteristics of many common and not-so-common animals. Visits to the local zoos are some of the highlights of the week. See the wonderful ways that animals enrich our lives and how to care for them.

Basketball

For youth entering grades 2 - 5 in the fall.

If you love the game of basketball and want to improve your skills, join us on the court for an action-packed week! Practice your passing and shooting skills through workshops, drills, scrimmages, and games. We will be taking a basketball related field trip.

Baseball

For youth entering grades 2 - 5 in the fall.

Wind up for a challenging week of baseball! You will work on improving your skills with plenty of practice batting, pitching, throwing, and running bases. You and your team will put it all together and play a series of games. For a twist, we'll also play kickball, a fun variation of baseball.

Teens #

Uproar

For pre-teens and teens entering grades 6 - 8 in the fall.

Weekly fee includes all field trip admissions, open swimming, and program supplies.
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $50 per child is required at the time of registration.

Program Hours:  6:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Participants must be at the YMCA between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Uproar provides an exciting combination of spirited adventures and growth opportunities that challenge the mind and stretch the body! Exciting field trips, group activities, and local amusement and water parks are among the many fun things to do at Uproar. The staff counselors provide character and leadership development opportunities to encourage independence and responsibility. Register for Y Summer Uproar today—the adventure begins with you!
