You will need the following information in order to complete the online registration.
  • Credit card information
  • Program dates attending
  • Parent/Guardian contact information
  • Current phone numbers for emergency contacts
  • Immunization dates, medication information, and any other medical or dietary information we should know
  • Subsidy provider information, if applicable.
Submit your registration as soon as it is complete and print a copy for your records. The YMCA is not able to retrieve any information from a registration that was not submitted.

Thank you for choosing YMCA Camp du Nord. You will need the following information in order to complete the online registration:

* Names and birthdates of family members attending camp
* Current phone numbers for emergency contact NOT attending camp
* Names of other families
* Credit card information-Credit card will only be processed if your first choice is available.

After saving your registration form, you must click the "Submit for Approval" button. The YMCA is not able to retrieve any information from a registration that has not been submitted.

If you wish to apply for a YMCA Personal Pricing Plan Program (financial assistance), please print out a form and send to the YMCA Business Center. A link to the Personal Pricing Plan form can be found at the du Nord website or at the end of the registration process.
