I’ve worked professionally in the fitness field since 2002. My interests include helping clients with weight loss, gaining strength, injury prevention, and sports-specific training.  I’m passionate about the fitness industry because I’ve seen many people growing up that didn’t make health a priority and now I have the ability to help make that change in people.

My passion is helping my clients succeed in making their health and fitness goals through motivation, commitment, and helping them in their overall wellness approach. I believe that a person needs to make lifestyle changes not only in exercise, but dietary changes. I likes to push you and see you put out a great effort because I knows you are capable and that it will help you achieve results. I love working with people in any setting; on an individual basis, small group setting or in large group exercise classes.

My trainer has been a great asset to my workout program at the Y. She always listens to my requests and most importantly she incorporates the exercises that I need to remain active. She provides me with a variety of activities that I am unable to do for myself. She can see my strengths and weaknesses and responds with great recommendations. My balance and strength have improved. I am especially grateful for her encouragement and positive reinforcement.
