Every adjustment – perhaps swapping out food choices or going for a ten-minute walk – helps create the lifestyle change that needs to occur in order for clients to achieve their bigger fitness and weight loss goals. I enjoy seeing people take control and change their habits. I aim to be a motivational resource and a source of knowledge so that my clients can best achieve their goals. I assist with food journals, and talk with them about their struggles, and help them see what they need to overcome to achieve their goals.
