When I work with my clients, I help them learn about their body and its mechanics. I want them to understand their specific needs and the best ways in which to achieve their goals. Together we develop a toolbox of solutions they can have for the rest of their lives. I believe everyone deserves personalized, compassionate attention in order to create their specific “blueprint for fitness.” As our members’ lives change, so do their fitness needs. I enjoy being there to help them grow and shine. My training philosophy is “Enhancing quality of life through balance, peace and strength.” I work with men and women in need of weight loss, kids with special needs, competitive athletes, senior citizens, people wanting to improve their golf game, back pain sufferers, body builders and just about anybody in between. I utilize a fun variety of methods to help clients lose weight, manage pain, correct imbalance, enhance stability, flexibility and balance and build strength and tone.
