I feel that anything in life can be obtained through hard work, as long as it’s a realistic goal. I enjoy training with non-traditional implements (sandbags, sledgehammers, etc.) and trying new things (before I make anyone else do them). I have worked with just about any type of person, from 12-78 and advanced athletes to beginners.

My style of training is that of a Coach: firm, yet fair. Knowing my clients abilities, I stretch them to their full potential, demanding from them that they expect from themselves nothing short of what they’re capable of. Being a high school coach for 12 years, I’ve adopted this approach into my work with my personal training clients and it proves to be effective in getting them from where they were to where they desire to be.
