Family Group Exercise

The Y offers many free Group Exercise classes for kids and families. We believe it's important to establish healthy living habits at a young age. Together, you and your family will have fun while exercising.

Kids ages 10 - 14 may attend group exercise classes with a parent, and teens 15+ can attend solo.
