5 days of healthy living.
For our young people, having the right guidance and support can make a real difference in figuring out who they are and what they can achieve. Whether our youth come to the Y looking to explore their interests, or for support in navigating challenges, the Y is committed to nurturing teens and college kids and providing the roots for their success.
So much of what we learn has to do with the opportunities we’re given. At the Y, we want young people to explore their possibilities and think big! And that’s what our programs are designed to do.

I really enjoyed listening to all of the countries’ different opinions about issues in the world. I loved doing caucus groups and getting to talk to other countries to make working papers and resolution papers. I also loved how we got to stay in hotel rooms with your friends…I wish it was longer than three days.Youth in Government Participant
