Minneapolis Beacons Network
The Y of the Greater Twin Cities is proud to be the lead and fiscal agency for the Minneapolis Beacons Network, a collaborative of the Minneapolis Public Schools and four of the largest youth serving agencies in the Twin Cities that together engage over 3,000 youth from low-income neighborhoods and schools through free afterschool and summer opportunities for academic enrichment and leadership development. This initiative is funded, in part, with a grant from the Minnesota Department of Education using federal funding, CFDA 84.287c, 21st Century Community Learning Centers.
Notice of Intent to Apply for 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant
The Y of the Greater Twin Cities wishes to notify the community that we intend to submit an application to the Minnesota Department of Education for the competitive Federal 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant Opportunity, Cohort 5. The application will be available for review after submission at www.beaconsminneapolis.org.
