Sports Classes for Kids

Sports Classes can help kids learn a new sport, build fundamental skills and practice teamwork.

In this progressive program, kids find the right level for their current abilities enabling them to develop and refine skills. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning a sport or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Kids learn:

  • To listen and follow directions

Sports Leagues for Kids

Sports Leagues engage kids in team play in a low-competition environment. Everyone is guaranteed equal playing time with practice and game play each week.

The Y offers clinics designed to improve the skill level of any youth player.
