Pilates Reformers are a device with attached cables, pulleys and springs. You use your body as resistance, moving through a series of low impact exercises. Pilates Reformer exercises improve flexibility, joint mobility, balance, coordination, breathing and posture.

You can sign up online for a Pilates Reformer class, or use the Reformer in your work with a Personal Trainer. Free Mat Pilates classes are also available.
